REGARDING IMPORT TARIFFS: We are currently absorbing all import tariffs for shipment to USA.
REGARDING CUSTOM DUTIES AND FEES: There is generally no import duties and fees if you select international airmail shipping method at checkout. We use a dedicated freight forwarding service with final mile delivery done by your country's local courier contractors. For Express shipment method, custom duties and fees are absorbed by us except for shipment going into the EU currently.
Preparation for Shipping
We will pack and fulfil all ready stock items within 1-3 business days (please note some of our leather straps are handmade to order and will require a lead time as per the order confirmation email. We ship from two locations, Singapore or Hong Kong fulfilment center depending on stock availability.
Delivery estimates (Transit information)
The delivery estimate quoted on the checkout page is only an estimate of the number of days parcel will be in transit before delivery. It does not include our packing, fulfilment and preparation times.
Post purchase shipment
Once parcel is packed and ready, it will be dropped off with our shipping partner. From there parcel will be in transit from either Singapore or Hong Kong to the destination country. This transit can take a couple of days and hence it is normal for the parcel to not show any signs of movement during the initial stages of transit. Once parcel reaches its destination country, the local final mile delivery tracking link will become active and it will include a delivery date as well as detailed information of parcel movement.
Express Shipping Method
- We use Fedex/UPS/DHL depending on flight availability.
- Delivery duration: usually 2-5 business days to major destinations worldwide (excluding packing and fulfilment turnaround time)
Airmail Shipping Method
-We use local courier contractors for final mile delivery. Detailed parcel tracking information is available through the final mile delivery link
- Delivery duration: usually 7-12 working days
- No custom duties and fees involved
Process for Delayed/Lost Shipment
- Please contact us for assistance if your parcel does not arrive by the 18th business day from the date of mailing.
- We will engage the postal service to investigate on the status of parcel.
- Once investigation concludes parcel is missing, we will provide full refund.
- The postal service will only accept request for investigation earliest on 18th business day from the date of mailing, and investigation can take up to 2 months, we seek your kind understanding on this matter
