We currently ship all internationals orders using DHL Express Worldwide (2-4 business days)
Customers located in the EU and US have an additional option of a flat rate International Registered Airmail (9-15 business days averagely)
Local orders will be shipped using Singpost Smartpac (direct to mailbox) with tracking (free shipping for all local orders)
Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout before the payment page based on the country of your shipping address. We offered both flat rate international registered airmail for selected countries and also DHL Express tiered shipping rates (the higher the purchase amount the lower the shipping cost)
For EU and UK customers, we offer the option of fuss free DDP (Delivered Duties Paid) service, all import duties and additional courier handling fee are inclusive in our shipping services and are partly subsidized by us.
We are doing our best during this COVID19 situation and the average duration to pack and process all orders is 2-3 business days. Orders placed during weekends or national holidays might result in an additional day of processing time. Please note we do not ship on weekends. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a notification email with the tracking information. Please note that DHL Express Worldwide delivery estimates stated on our website does not include our required internal processing time.
We occasionally offer discounts through various channels such as our newsletter, Instagram and also Facebook. Do subscribe to our newsletter for exclusive codes and first dibs on our new products.
We also offer discounts for bulk orders be it if you are a business owner or serious watch modder. Do get in touch with us at email@example.com to enquire about our bulk order discount tiers.
Kindly contact us immediately after you have received your order and tell us the reason for your return or exchange. We have a 30 days return policy so please ensure that you get in touch with us within 30 days of your purchase date.
Once we receive your request, we will assess your request and if the return/exchange request is approved, we will provide you with the return mailing address. We are not responsible for the return shipping costs but we do encourage you to choose a shipping method with tracking capabilities for your ease of mind.
Once we receive your item in good order, we will proceed to refund you or mail you your replacement strap within one business week.
Please note that we will be deducting the original cost of shipping from the final refund amount for returns that are not due to product defect or wrong product sent
We have a 30 days return for refund policy. If 30 days have passed since your date of purchase, we are unfortunately unable to accede to any returns or refund requests.
In order to be eligible for a return, your purchased item must be unused, unworn and in the same condition as when you received it.
Please note that we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for our Made to Measure and Bespoke leather straps.
As watch straps are perishable and relatively delicate goods, if you have fitted the strap to a watch and worn it a short while, the strap is now considered worn and the crease will render the strap unsellable (to be fair to our clients we will not be able to accept returns in the above mentioned scenario)
It depends on the import regulations and the import value threshold of each individual country. Prices of our products are shown without taxes. Please reach out to us if you have more questions regarding this.
