-Faster international airmail service for South American countries such as Chile, Brazil, Argentina, Mexico (used to take slightly more than a month, now averagely 2 business weeks)

June 2026: Current turnaround time for our 100% handcrafted leather straps is estimated to be about 3.5-4 business weeks as our small team of artisan is fully focused on creating highest quality leather works that is made to last. We hope you can understand that handicraft cannot be sped up without compromising on quality of our products which is our number one priority. In additional we are offering free customisation in the form of name embossing for all custom leather works for the additional exclusivity in creating your own unique piece

Regarding duties and taxes for our EU customers: 

With effect from 1 July 2021, EU has revised their import duties and taxes regulation and this affects all customers from the European Union. We're happy to announce that MONSTRAPS is fully compliant with the new regulations.

For EU customers, we offer 2 fuss free shipping methods

1. Expedited Worldwide Courier (can be either DHL, Fedex or UPS depending on the nearest availability of our logistics partners) which is shipped with Duties & Taxes Paid (DDP). The shipping cost is transparent and auto computed at checkout cart. Clients who select this method will have their parcels clear customs and delivered directly to them without any additional fees or charges once you checkout on MONSTRAPS (all applicable import tariffs such as VAT, duties and courier handling fees are included in our shipping service). If your country customs do reach out to you for paperwork please contact us 

2. International Registered Airmail (fulfilled by your local national postal service i.e. Royal Mail, La Poste, Post Italiane etc) which is shipped with Duties & Taxes Unpaid (DDU). The shipping cost is a reasonable 6 euros averagely. Custom duties and taxes will be collected upon delivery in your country by your country's national postal service. Local Delivery Within Singapore
We are currently using direct to mailbox delivery fulfilled by Singpost with tracking capabilities. Orders will be packed and sent out within 2-3 business days. Singpost has also committed to a delivery estimate of 2 working days. Please note we are currently unable to accept orders pickup at our office
