20th Nov 2022: Our annual sale is ongoing and we will be adding more sale items this week as well as creating a bargain bin for our existing overstock and prototypes of our handcrafted leather straps for this year's Black Friday campaign.

Current turnaround time for fresh leather straps is estimated to be about 2-2.5 weeks as our crafter bench is fully packed for the holiday season and handicraft cannot be sped up without compromising on quality of our products which is our number one priority. 

Regarding duties and taxes for our EU customers: 

With effect from 1 July 2021, EU has revised their import duties and taxes regulation and this affects all customers from the European Union. We're happy to announce that MONSTRAPS is fully compliant with the new regulations.

For EU customers, we offer 2 fuss free shipping methods

1. DHL Express Worldwide which is shipped with Duties & Taxes Paid (DDP). The shipping cost is transparent and auto computed at checkout cart. Clients who select this method will have their parcels clear customs and delivered directly to them without any additional fees or charges once you checkout on MONSTRAPS (all applicable import tariffs such as VAT, duties and courier handling fees are included in our shipping service)

2. International Registered Airmail which is shipped with Duties & Taxes Unpaid (DDU). The shipping cost is a flat rate fee of S$10 (6 EUR). Custom duties and taxes will be collected upon delivery in your country by your country's national postal service. 

MONSTRAPS is currently absorbing a significant portion of VAT and duties to minimize the effects for our EU customers, in fact the more you purchase, the higher percentage we absorb (i.e. purchase tiers of 45 EUR, 75 EUR, 150 EUR)

Local Delivery Within Singapore
We are currently using direct to mailbox delivery fulfilled by Singpost with tracking capabilities. Orders will be packed and sent out within 2-3 business days. Singpost has also committed to a delivery estimate of 2 working days. Please note we are currently unable to accept orders pickup at our office
