Our micro grain luxurious Swift leather made famous by Hermès.
Swift leather has very extremely fine grain surface which makes it exceptionally supple to touch. The leather absorbs dye well and the colours are presented in a semi-matte yet rich appearance.
Compared to semi aniline leather such as Baranil or the popular grained leather such as Epsom or Saffiano, Swift leather is more delicate, but also has the ability to heal minor scratches over time.
The strap is fully stitched with off white linen thread then edge painted with matching colour for extra sealing and protection. There is no breaking in required on this strap, it is soft and contours the wrist well from day one.The inner lining is made from smooth Zermatt leather from Tanneries HAAS in France, the same type of lining commonly found in Hermès bags.
*Jan 2024 Update: Please note that all our straps are handmade to order and require 8-10 working days to be crafted based on current workshop volume*
*For Rolex & vintage Tudor watches, or watches with short lugs, we provide curved end straps so that the strap can fit and will not be scuffed by the watch case. Kindly leave us a note at checkout if required*
