Originally founded in Singapore, we are perfectly poised to offer you the value not usually seen in retailers based in Europe or USA and because of our direct ties and work with the manufacturers, we are determined to ensure that every watch collector gets the service and quality they deserve. Be it if you are a collector of Rolex, Tudor, Omega, Longines, IWC, Breitling, Patek Philippe, Audemars Piguet, Vacheron Constantin, Seiko, Oris, Sinn, Lange, Zenith, JLC (just too many to name), we aim to be able to provide you a quality strap replacement. UPDATE 2026: The management at MONSTRAPS has just changed hands in 2026 and we are now a smaller team based in Singapore and Hong Kong. Previously our core was to focus on product development and customer management was not our forte. We come across thousands of customers every year having been making and selling watch straps since 2018 but we did not interact with any customer's published experience online and have not done any paid reviews online to sway potential buyers our way.  Coupled with the fact that because we do not have an active reward system for customers to leave honest and good reviews, we simply go through thousands of satisfied customers without leaving any mark on the published internet.  However a few  unsatisfactory experiences are often published online and greatly magnified in today's context and because we do not have a dedicated team managing these, the opinions are skewed in a manner not accurately depicting the true nature of our business. Orders of handicraft work that did not come through in time but eventually fulfilled were not being followed up on the internet pages by original posters leaving readers with false impression that we do not fulfil our end of the business. We are a small and legitimate business, and we value each and every customer for supporting us throughout these years. At the same time we hope to bring good quality and fair value to fellow watch enthusiasts and also to this watch collecting hobby.
