Proceeding with purchase implies that buyer is agreeable to all the terms and conditions stated on this page.
1. Please ask all questions and do necessary research before buying to ensure that you are purchasing the correct strap. Request for cancellation, return, exchange or refund will:
- NOT be accepted for items that are worn and not in its original state as on arrival or if you contact us beyond 30 days of purchase date.
2. Inspect all items upon receipt and notify us immediately if there are any issues. We will not replace, refund or exchange product/s if:
- straps are damaged/worn out by buyers upon receipt / during installation
3. We are not responsible, and will not accept request for reimbursement, refund or re-sending of order/s, for the following reasons:
- Shipping delays caused by Postal Service, Courier or Customs of Destination Country (eg. parcel/s held by Custom)
- Taxes and duties placed on parcel/s by Customs of Destination Country
- We are not liable for any damages to the parcel caused during transportation and transit (we will pack your order with adequate protection to minimize such an occurrence)
4. If you experience any delays or suspect that your parcel might be misplaced, please contact us for assistance.
- We will engage the postal service to investigate on the status of parcel.
- Once investigation concludes parcel is missing, we will provide full refund.
- The postal service will only accept request for investigation earliest on 18th business day from the date of mailing, and investigation can take up to 2 months.
5. Buyer is responsible to track and be updated on the parcel's status after it has been mailed, by using the tracking number provided.
- Contact us immediately if you do not receive the tracking number or if parcel/s do not arrive by the stipulated date.
6. If parcel is returned to Sender (MONSTERSTRAPS) due to the following reasons:
- Buyer provided wrong or incomplete shipping address
- Buyer fails to contact destination Post Office or Courier after delivery attempt was made
- We can re-ship order if buyer pays the actual cost of re-shipping
- Or we will refund the cost of item minus the actual cost of the initial shipping which will be a minimum of SGD 8, depending on buyer's location and initial shipping option.
7. By using our website, you (the visitor) agree to allow third parties to process your IP address, in order to determine your location for the purpose of currency conversion. You also agree to have that currency stored in a session cookie in your browser (a temporary cookie which gets automatically removed when you close your browser). We do this in order for the selected currency to remain selected and consistent when browsing our website so that the prices can convert to your (the visitor) local currency.
